Went to court yesterday and explained to the magistrate why i was parked where i was at the time.

After consideration and consulting with the others she let me off and cleared me of all charges and fines.

Wish I'd new that before , last year my total tickets paid was just under 2k.

Blimey, pretty heavy number of fines.
Ive got angus to thank for helping me with the appeals. If you can spare the time to make the appeals if they are invalid its worth while, just take a long time.

Ticket in a free car park

I got a ticket for parking in a free car park..... In the small print you aren't allowed in the car park if your vehicle's unlaiden weight exceeds 1536kg. (Fairly precise I thought!)

I was in my L200 (1000kg over the limit) because my Coupe couldn't clear the metal ramp on the exit - it's one of those that folds down when your wheels go over it, then pops back up and slams into the bottom of your floor pan!

£60 fine and now I've sold the Coupe, I have to park at Tesco and walk across town to the gym!
