  • Abt 90 quattro

    Following on from another thread it got me wondering if I could find some pics of the Abt 90 quattro.

    It, apparently, ran out at about 120mph, so was low geared, had 'over' 500bhp and various lightweight components. (It was the usual 20vt power).



    I saw the car when it had just arrived back at Abt around '92...

    I believe MikeS2 has pictures of it in his gallery at audifans from when he was in Germany

        I like the subtle work around the wheel-arches; you can see it quite clearly in those pictures.

              Also, that first vent on the bonnet is also off a sport by the looks

                I like the wheels that are on there; speedlines but 16x8 with a bit of a dish Hard to find but they are out there

                    Looks beautiful, hopefully mine will look a bit similar if I ever get it back from the spray shop, it was what I was aiming for

                      What spec did you end up with as iirc you didn't finish off the thread about putting in and getting the engine started. Did you ever load up any pictures?

                        Yeah I know I've been very slack with my project updating, doesnt help that I don't own a camera. I might give it a quick update this afternoon
