We were in Val Thorens back in Nov.
Left Val Thorens at 1700 and made the Calais 0125 Eurotunnel train including 30 min stop for dinner outside Dijon.
In the A3....we were hammering it north through a monsoon as well...couldn't get any snow chains to fit the RS4 so had to ditch taking that car at the last minute. Shame.
Got some Spike Spyders to fit the A3...brilliant gear.
Best thing about boarding at that time of year is no one is there.
Still managed to break my coccyx though.
