hi done the search but come up with a wip which i looked at and shows the exhaust manifold ! ?

there work it art have to agree, but £2k alot for just an exhaust, dont get me wrong worth it but shed load on an exhaust!

I have seen the workmanship of the guys at Torque Flow. Very very good.
I can't comment on the material quality they use in their stainless systems though, they only gutted and welded my cat for me

I didn't have much luck with torqueflow although they have done Audi's before, I think Volcano RS might know more.

spoke to rs fabrication and they quoted me the following-



Turbo Upgrade 430-450 hp using GT3071R Turbo.

Full Boost @3500 rpm

Fitting includes Green Top Injectors [flow matche]

Boshe Platignum Plugs,

Bosch 20442 dropin pump, Wastegate spring 2 bar, 3 bar Map sensor

Turbo Oil & wastegate lines braided + fireguard.

4 Bar Fuel pressure regulator, uprated diverter valve.

Additional Mapping on Dyno.
Manifold in 304 Stainless Steel with Laser cut Flanges.

Fully gas Purged and Tig Welded.

3” Downpipe 304 Stainless Steel with flex joint

+ Wastegate Pipework & Lambda Bungs

3” twin box exhaust System 304 Stainless Steel

Fully gas Purged and Tig Welded. [Choise of Tail Pipes]

Heath Check and Baseline Dyno Run,

Custom Intercooler. with Core manufactured to

our specification for performance.

All Charge Pipes, bead rolled & fully polished.

Inlet Filter and Pipework

Tuning ECU Re-map on Rolling Road to set up in

New configuration with Dyno Plots



it come to around £8000 is it worth it? all comment welcome!
