boost probs any idea guys

hey all iv got some probs with my aby 2.2 s2

for some reason under 2k revs the boost seems to come in and out uncontrolabley no matter what gear or speed and its driving me mad not knowing whats wrong with it.

as soon as you clear 2k its fine and boost is smooth and back to normal.

iv checked for vac leaks and replaced most of the vac pipes to try find the fault with no luck

any ideas and or solutions would be great

Take the top off the wastegate and be careful to collect the spring and perch. move the valve up and down then do the same whilst applying a little lateral force, see if the valve wants to stick in any one position, if so that could be your problem.
Also, check the DV is not broken, suck on the small tube to be sure the diaphragm is not split.
