For daily street I have to say I enjoy the GT3071r with .63 hot side. If I was buying another one I'd likely spend a few mor bucks and go with the GTX 3071. I'm running 20 psi boost and am full boost by about 3600 rpm.
How completely strange you should post on my thread now, after such a long period of silence on it. I have just bought 2nd hand Wagner Evo and looking at Gtx30 gen 2.
Currently my T61 picks up around 2700 and gives me full boost by 3500. It is bloody quick, but want pick up earlier, hence my shopping list.
Wat has this space
Hi Chris!
Good to see you on here!
I'm still running the GT3971 .63
Wagner manifolds and IC
I pretty much drive it from 3k to 4K most of the time! I'm on RS2 injectors and an MRC chipset and an EBoost2 set to 1.6Bar. I like the car like this.
Hi John,
Sounds like you are enjoying yours how it is.
Dare I say yet again, if you find a setup you are happy with, leave it alone!
T34, 400bhp and no lag was wonderful. Aiming for similar setup to Darren Jones now. He has full boost at 2400rpm with his MD357. Would be closer to my GT34 and make me so happy.
We must get a meet sorted for Chessington for old times sake maybe next Spring?
