i feel sorry for you.All i can say is that my car was rebuilt in 3 weeks with pistons,cyl head service,rebored,new intercooler and turbo and downpipe in just 3 weeks and then i had my trip to germany to meet erdal for the tuning.Waiting for the parts from USA did another 20days.Payment for the rebuild was done AFTER the delivery of the car....
Well 5000 euros in advance..... bloody hell!

About the tuning...... pipes,cone,nuts,alternator,3inches,2,5inches,bits n pieces etc etc... well what can i say?
Unaccettable especially for the quantity of euros involved....and on top you're missing 100 bhp and a..........Keyring..... wich it's a personal belong.... nasty!
This is why I try to do as much as possible myself. The stuff I physically can't do, I will only have people of the highest standard (professionally and personally) carry out.
As you always know and really be mature and old enough, there is always 2 sides of any story.....
Basically i will not complain against his written thread, but there is some real mistake here in this whole thing and tom really tells the story, that it sounds bad, but lets be HONEST Tom:
Why all this:
1. Date: He came in December, and how he could see the shop was full of cars and full of RS2s to do, also i had 2 RS2s on a lift without axles and wheels so i could not take them off. I told him, he can leave the car or take it and bring it later. He told me, no, it is no problem i can work on the car, he wants it in APRIL - this is the deadline. This is also written in so many Emails and in so many PNs in my board.
2. Pressure: After (!!) 2 weeks he wanted updates from his car. In my board he wrote on january 3rd what i did so far and why i do not post pictures (if i have time till april, i dont understand the pressure). I told him, that as soon there is any update i will post this in my forum, this is how i do it on any customer, to proof the quality. PNs in my board, also Emails.
3. EXHAUST: The car went to "TopGear" which is one of the most famous Stainless Steel Exhaust Companies world wide. I knew, that there is 5 MTM Exhaust Systems left in my private property, and on phone with TopGear Martin told me, that they should be in 3". This is what i also believed and remebered since 2001 i saw the Piping the last time. BUT before the car got any work i brought the car to TopGear, AT TopGear, infront of Martin and Jack, the Technical Manager and the Owner i called Tom in Iraq. I told him, that it is NOT full 3" from Downpipe till splitters but not the whole system. Cause it is the System of MTM i called there and asked for their best result with this system. They GUARANTEED, that it lasts for over 450hp. So i called back Tom and his answer was CLEAR: "...do anything you need to reach 400hp...". And I installed this. Proof is - it is so ridicolous cause it is forbidden to track german phonecalls - but proof should be HIS recordings of his cellphone and the guys from TopGear. ALSO it was never contracted, contracted is 400hp - NOTHING ELSE.
And the best is. BEFORE installation i sent him pictures through the board... You wanna read his official statement?? Why should i install something that doesnt make any sense without his ok??
4. AIR CONDITION: I told Tom from the FIRST DAY, that i do not work on the Air Condition, that i can try to take the car to Audi to do it, but i cant promise. I did not refill the car, cause 1. i did not get a date in time 2. IT WAS NOT CHARGED 3. I told him BEFORE THE DELIVERY, that this is not done and i will not do it. How can i complain about a job, that was never my part, AND was also not charged or paid????
5. AIR CONE FILTER: First of all, the filter was in a perfect condition the day of delivery. AND second, it is my property. The whole Intake Story WAS NOT CHARGED, but technically ok. I was not satisfied with the look. 3 aluminum welders did a ruff job, that worked technically, but i did not like it from the finish. So i decided to keep it, and dont charge it, while i paid 620€ for the construction and 100€ for the filter that was damaged by tom. So again, he complains about something that worked and never paid. It was also never any part of the dicussion how to filter the system. Fact is, that he uses a BMW M5 MAF and this was the best solution for 11 days of work.
6. DELIVERY TIME: The story with the ticket is a complete lie. Toms Throttlebody sensor and the ECU was broken. The car delivered 1.1 bars of boost no matter if you program 3 bars. This fault never happened while standard program, cause the car does not make this boost. We were searching with EVERY 20V TURBO tuner i know, and finally it was found that it is a combination fault by Quattro GmbH with PK and me. This made me think, i cant deliver the car in time, but i called him and told him, that the car is finished and he can pick it up - i also wrote him 6 textmessages, cause i could not reach him. So imagine you get a car with a bad input and you must find the error free of charge - sure.... We all in germany do this, cause we are stupid...
7. WEATHER: To map the car right you have to drive it on the road. We did 95% Mapping on the best dyno in Germany (there is enough video proof) and we needed to test highspeed on the road. It was raining and snowing like crazy in march here, so i was not stupid to risk the customer car, my licence and my and my employees life. This is the reason, why i always told him on phone, that i am not sure if i can deliver on April 4th.....
8. HOSE: He brought me a full kit with hoses. NOTHING was left, and everything that was left i gave him back. Why should i install 827163187 hoses, and keep ONE and the cheapest, that i have in stock in meters??? It does not make any sense. It is possible, that it was in any kit, yes, but it is not possible, that i forgot or lost it.
I was so pissed and threw him out of my board, cause also my readers told me to do this. We all expected results and statements about the performance and the engine. He posted stupid statements about the AC and the Air Filter and started to come up with stupid stuff. As he started to make me a liar and a cheater i threw him out. I catched him lieing so many times and bit my lips, also with his "Planeticket" that turned to a "Busticket" and as i asked him why he is not coming anymore, we are still in time HE changed the Date....
So far then he started to blame me for things that i maybe did wrong, for examples gaps on his hood, and he wrote i took his hood off. Later he wrote, that he found out, that i didn´t. Also i asked him for pictures for LOOSE SCREWS or for pictures of ANY mistake. NOTHING. BUT i have 318 Pictures of his work and any step on his car. Also there is a video on youtube that shows that the exhaust was correct. Also there is 20 pictures and 9 Videos showing the air filter without damage. Also he took 6 hrs to control the car with a checklist, also lightning, horn, rear lights, axles, steering........
He also signed that he is full satisfied, what means nothing, BUT he paid "an amount". He told me that he is completely broke and asked me to buy his old parts, what i did to lower his price. And the best - he asked me for 50€ to fill up the tank with gas. I spend 850€ to drive 2000km for him to check all systems. Peter Kowatsch, Erdal and the Quattro GmbH saw the car and they were really impressed.
AND THE BEST. The car was finished EXACTLY the discussed day!!! HE was not able or dont wanted to come cause his plane turned into a bus.... aha...
FACT is, that i reached what was contracted. He ordered 400hp, he has 414hp day of delivery. I had an inspector from TÜV and a police officer with me while we was measuring the car and i called tom during the measures minmum 7 times in 1 hour to tell the results. The first result was 397.5hp and he was yelling on phone why not 400??? I told him, that i want to deliver the car with 397.5hp and i will not do more pressure, cause the car runs amazing and i want to be 100% honest... He was so pissed cause of not 400hp. (the phonecalls to his cellphone that day was approx 200€!)
As i wanted to pay the dyno, the owner asked for the result and then he asked his employee if he calibrated the mass, cause there was a porsche on the dyno before. The guy looked confused and he said, that he forgot to do this. Without anger or anything he took the car back on the dyno and measured again WARM (!) and got 414hp.
The only thing that tom wants is to blame me for any kind of stuff that is absolutely not fair. Anything that i write here can be proofed. I have documentation, i have more than 300 pictures, dates, facts, and also papers that are ENOUGH for any court in the world.
I asked him so many times what his problem is and he wont stop, never told me the real problem. He complained about the power on HIS Dyno and i told him, he should look on the correction of the boost on the dyno and on the temperature. I begged him to send me pictured of the fan in the dyno - never happend. BUT 4 days later he said, that he knows that HIS measure was wrong (email). My measurement is TÜV approved and enough for any court in germany, cause the company does legal entries in papers. Also i am not interested to cheat, i wouldn´t call him and tell him we "ONLY" reached 397.5hp if i could cheat and make it better?!? Why???? I knew, that he will measure again. This is childish and stupid. The car has definately the power - no doubt.
I offered him measures on real dynos. Again, go to MTM, Hohenester, Sportec or Manthey. They have good fans and know how to measure the car. I will NOT come with you, cause i am afraid you gonna hire someone to kill me (go on reading.... will be much better!!)
He made me a liar and a cheater due to a work that was more than fulfilled, but not paid in full. And now i have to waste my time with his threads and he also told me, that he will send people from the "underground" to "find" me and "take care" of me....
The last thing i did is to beg him to start legal actions about me. I begged him to get a lawyer and told him, that i will not allow to enter my property. If he is not satisfied and makes me a liar and a cheater, ok. But he is not right to thread me to kill me.
For all here. PLEASE let tom go and start legal action against me. BUT the next time you meet him, do not forget that he is able to "find people that kill you...". I just want to protect me and my family caused through a non paid cone filter and a non paid intake system.....
I am so sorry... I checked the board.. he did not asked me for updates after 2 weeks, he asked me after ONE week.....
If anyone needs proof, pictures or any kind of information for what i wrote here, please say it.
@tom: I would also LOVE to hear my voice through "recorded phonecalls" - please. Also i have to tell you, that any legal action will start and end here in germany. You told me, you have lawyers from thyssen krupp, please hire them. You can turn your stories no matter how. if someone tells anyone, that the car has 300hp with a KKK26/27/29.8 and your technique, he will possibly believe it......
I forgot something. He also claimed, that he does not have another pistons. The pictures i did from the engine would be another engine. Then he sent me pictures of dirt while installing the cylinderhead and claimed this is broken, did i tell you about the starter screws that were loose.... HAHAHAHA. Any technicans here, that can tell us, what would happen with a starter, if the screws are loose, not the sound, the result after starting 4-5 times?! He claimed i tell him fairytales... Aha...
His Dyno result. Any of us sees immediately, that the car runs hotter and hotter. The mapping runs into emergency and takes off the boost. It is very important to cool the car down. Please send us all pictures from the fan and technical details of the fan. The fan at G-Tech makes about 120000cbm/h - this is why they are TÜV approved. AND you can run a 800hp RS4 on a dyno, if he reaches 87.5°C Intake Temperature you can NEVER come up higher than 400hp - no matter what setup. No ******** tom. We are all intelligent and mature. Please answer MY questions and post your facts!!

I did the whole engine work including mapping and fault search in 11 days vasilis. Erdal and Stefan (i dont know if you know him) worked partially with me. Also Peter Kowatsch saw, drove and looked for any errors on the car. We went to see and visit him in Heilbronn. The whole thing here is just to fire up people against me. All of this does not make any sense.
Ok, great explanationd Eduard. So why You refuse to go together and make another dyno test while i will be back in Europe in summer??
Ah, and where are my parts, which you claim to be sent by DHL weeks ago??
Now a couple of answers:
1. Deadline was end of March as written in the contract (even this piece of paper counts)
2. Stressing you, or by my way asking about any progress was on January 4th.
3. Exhaust:
Eduards words "Today I made a interesting discovery... In an old stock shelf i found an very exclusive Audi S2 Stainless Steel Exhaust System with 3" and Pogea Racing Tips... I recognized, that this 2005 made brand new System is one of the "GOOD ONES!" with no TÜV Approval..... Doesn´t matter to Tomasz... " Nothing was ever mentioned that this exhaust is 2.5"
4. Car was left with aircon working and delivered without it. Even when i asked few times to do it.
5. Cone filter, how can you fix something with more than 7 mm diameter difference?? It will never last for long
6. Errors investigation was charged and costed me a lot!! Should i post a whole calculation by Eduard?
8. Strange it is with a missing hose as i know that it was in the set and Paul also confirmed it.
9. Delivery date, bull...t.
10. Show us any pictures with exhaust properly fitted and positioned.
11. How can i fly to Friedrichshaven from Katowice if there is no fly connection?? Still a bit far from owning a private Jet
12. Never said that dyno results from Poland are wrong, but look strange, so i wanted to find out, what can be wrong.
13. I just told you, that i want to proof what your dyno result is Ok and can be repeated on other dyno as MTM or Hohenester ie. Then i told you, that i will find you, even underground, but you should have no reasons to hide if all is Ok, or i am wrong??
As well as i told you that we have enough lawyers at Thyssen Krupp waiting for some "overtime" job.
14. There is plenty more funny things. Like pistons and rods, i just wanted to get any proof thet these parts are installed in the car. Bills, reciepts, whatever.
So, my solution is pretty simple, we meet in summer, you do a warranty sevice job on the car, than we do another dyno, i will get my parts (DHL knows nothing about any delivery from you) and that's it, as i said, pretty simple.
Here for all users and officially. I work with this kid since 4 weeks like this. You see his post and again he is not able to say what his funky problem is. Why do I need to be on a dyno?? GO BY YOURSELF. AND find out. You dont understand the simpliest things, like WRITTEN IN ALL TEXTES, i thought they might be 3", but they wasnt and i asked you, you okayed it. PLEASE SHOW US MY PHONECALL TO IRAQ.

The story with the payment is that i have asked him for a couple of days before delivery date about the total amount of money to be paid. There was no replay till the day when i was in the bus, already on the way. Exactly it was at 22:51 at night and of course the calculation was much higher than expected, higher about 2000 Euro, becouse of error search (mentioned here by Eduard) as not charged
Than of course i have found car with tank completely empty (not so recommended for a fuel pump as we all know here, Eduard). I left the car with over half of the tank, so it is normally expected to get it back with something at least similar if not full tank for a long way home.
@Eduard: When you made the contract of 5000euro,what did that include?Only parts or your fee as well?
I presume that since you are so organised to make out contracts,they should include everything including the hassle to map,including the extra costs of gasoline etc.
Furthermore,i wonder, since you only took 11 days to rebuild the car,how come didnt you tell tom to bring the car in at the time period when you would be only working with his car and you could give it back to him after 2 weeks ready and perfect,and you had to take money in advance,keep the car 4 months and have all this hassle on you?
When i contacted Erdal to make the map,we spent 5hours mapping and he was such a great person! He didnt ask for the money in advance! He earned the fee with his work and effort!And after that he would not accept even more money i wanted to give him because i was so happy and amazed with his work!That is proffesional work.
I am not taking places or sides here, but i would never pay an engineer in advance to rebuild my engine.I could pay in stages if he asked me to but AFTER the work is completed.If i wouldnt have the money to pay,you can confescate the car.
I payed 3500$ to 034 for parts(2000euro)
1500euro for the mechanic's work
500euro for the cyl.head work
1000euro for intercooler and downpipe
750euro for audi OEM parts
All except the 034 parts were payed on delivery of the car not before,and i was there every day looking at the progress,taking my own pictures.
Again i dont know how things are done in germany with MTM,Hohenester,Pogea etc but here in Greece you trust NOONE and NEVER give money in advance unless it is for parts that have to be bought.(sometimes even that is done in the end).I know that with you the situation is different as you have customers all around europe but still it is tricky.
Thats why i didnt decide to send the car to germany for the rebuild.
I have spoken once to Peter K.and i have met Erdal and Michael(in Koln).All of them are very good people and im glad i did business with them.
Eduard, i am done with your stories. As i said above. As well as your warranty service was mentioned to be free of charge except materials of course, which is quite normal anywhere in the world. If you will be not available for me than i will make you available by Police or my lawyer. But this is not a topic for the forum. Welcome to the real world.

it is absolutely normal, that you normally pay 50% of the estimated sum upfront. The "contract" i can scan an post it - doesnt have any problem with this says nothing about the delivery as he says - will you or should i post it tom? Also He brought the car cause he had no other solution and time caused through his work in iraq. Also he had given me END of MARCH, yes right as a delivery time and he moved this by phonecall the 1st time cause of "familiy reasons". Car was finished the day he wanted to come on April 4th.
Warranty means, something is broken, nothing is broken, nothing is free - comprende senor?!? You are writing and writing and writing tom. All these guys are wainting for your promised proof. I am waiting 4 weeks now. And all of us wanna know now what the problem is.
I sent a letter to poland. On a letter is no tracking number. What should i do with your keyring that has a writing on it, dont drink and drive from a friend that was killed by a car with a drunken driver..... Another nice lie... But whatever, wanna sue the Post Office, cause they did not deliver it or that they dont have a number on their letters??
