so basically Tom never discussed with you the type of turbo he wants,the type of pistons,cams,head porting,rods,flywheel....anything?None of this information was in the contract?Only thing was that the car should be over 400hp???

That is not a very good contract for the customer...Photos taken so close can be from anybody's car(of course can identify them or not as he knows his car a little better than us)

Can we keep references to lawsuits and solictors private please, this is a public forum not a court room and I and many would not want the forum to become embroiled in any legal matters.

As a tuner offerring a service your responses to a disgruntled customer are not very polite or professional and I would not be happy if this was the sort of response I got if I was a customer stating take it to court etc etc

You do have a right to to answer questions posted here in a public place but all I can see here is not a response but a personal attack.

Now Tom & Monstereddie can we please keep it civil or this thread will be locked as ive still got a bad taste in my mouth since we had issues with other tuners

Hi Jamo.

From my point of view this is a personal and a unofficial concern and you can - if you want - move, delete or close it. It is like vasilis said, i have a contract - and i have no problems to show anything i say - that only says his name, name of the tuner, car with registration, engine rebuillt, horsepower upgrade >400hp, estimated budget and the upfront payment paid in cash, 2 signatures. I reached the power the way ".... i trust you" without ANY KIND OF wishes concerning parts etc. He is able to go to any dyno, if bad results come out I as person have minimum the right to get details about the dyno and the fan. He promise and promise and promise things and dont say, post or write them. If you think this is nothing for official matter, do so and do your consequence.

I am out of here, i dont wanna get killed.

I am open for any help and open to help any person. I invest a lot of money and time to help other 20vturbo user for free and this is not the kind of person, that gets my respect anymore. He destroied any kind of trust and really did damage to me and my family security. Sorry guys, this is too much now.

If i did any mistake, anything wrong not to reach >400hp like discussed then i will surely do anything possible to fulfill the contract. Law allowes me 12% of the power up or down. Go to ANY DYNO with a fan that is able to measure a S2 quattro and give me the results of a turbocharger with a 8 turbine hotside on a k29 housing.

Ok, so as You all see we still have no response for such a simple thing like i asked.
I mean:
1. Exhaust somehow changed diameter from 3 to 2.5 inches, never heard that it will be 2.5" from you.
2. Exhaust was not fitted correctly. Show us something different, please
3. Why you use cone with much bigger diameter than MAF without proper, additional seal and why you let it without any support as it is shaking .
4. Why you told me that you send my parts via DHL and now somehow you are saying that thyy were in the letter (who is sending parts this way without any confirmation?).
5. What are you talking about your family security, sounds paranoid really. All i said was that when you will be not available i will find you with autorities, even underground.
6. Why you installed Spec 3+ clutch the way that now i have bad ride on first and reverse? Spec recommends to change flywheel, you as such a good specialist should know it, inform me and avoid such a situation.
7. Never ever mention my friend killed by drunken idiot!!
8. Car was not finihed at 04.04, not even 10.04, dyno in germany was made 11.04
9. Each inertion fuel pump should work inerted, not with empty tank (mechanics)
10. I have sent enough proofs here, but we get no reply for any of them.
11. I will check fan type on dyno in Poland, but it will take a while as i am in Iraq now.
12. How can i know what kind of stuff you put into my engine as i haven't seen any of them, as well as bills etc.
Ah, how will you explain missing Samco hose? Is Samco wrong as well as i am and Paul?

Why you do not wan to understand, that all i want is that we will make another dyno together and if it will show contracted figures than case is finished. What if i will make a dyno at MTM and their results will be bad again? Never ending story?

as far as the spec 3+ clutch,if you also had gotten a different flywheel it would be much worse,believe me.I also use spec 3+ and after a while it settles down and you get the hang of it.For that power figure it would be either spec 3 or 3+ or sachs organic.The latter is the best for driving feel

I will go to ANY Dyno you want in any country, i charge my regular hour fee, a security guy hour fee and my transportation. WHY and FOR WHAT PLEASE SHOULD I COME WITH YOU!?

In ALL your posts there is not 1 proof for anything you said - the exhaust can be seen in the video. Stop this SHICE here and go do whatever you want. I promised here officially (in my email from 8.7.2007 09:32 i wrote: Outgoing Power should be between 390hp and 430hp / 550 – 600Nm,) If this is not happening i will take care of ANYTHING NECESSARY to reach this IN MY COSTS. Contracted was 400hp, the law allowes me 10%, that means even if I would reach 360 it would be fine. BUT the car HAS 414, and there is no doubt. I am fair to you and tell you some german law. You picked up the car in April. If you cant proof anything against me till August YOU HAVE NO MORE CHANCE - ok? That´s fairness.

We all still wait for:
1. LIST of "Problems" with the exeptional Bill for this
2. Pictures of the Fan in Poland and the Technical Specification
3. recorded Phonecalls to iraq.

BUT: If you go to a dyno in germany, and you reach the power, i want you to apologize to all the people here for your BS. I accept MTM, Hohenester, G-Tech, Hamann Motorsport, Manthey and Sportec, also Digital Racing and Porsche Bosch Braunschweig. If you come up with a fan UNDER 70000cbm/h then forget it. What happens after this will surprise you - trust me.

Eduard, just explain all what i wrote above, we all will be satisfied and be sure when all these points will be fullfilled by you i will be a happy customer and even will say sorry, but not before.
Don't you see that exhaust not fit properly, can't you understand that 2 parts with diameter difference can not be fixed directly to each other, don't you see that Samco hose is not fitted, etc. etc. etc.
Looks, like you have nothing to say about it all and you are really scared about next dyno results.
That says a lot. That is all.

So, till now i can not get in contact with Pogea and arrange a date to do contracted warranty service. I have been asking a couple of times but i always heard that he is not available or on holiday and than finally when i asked last time i have got an answer that the job was scheduled on 8th of October. But not by me and not even discussed or confirmed. As some of You know that i am also travelling a lot it is very important for me to get the date fixed. Somehow it looks impossible with Pogea. At the end he is not answering my mails and refusing to do any job. The warranty period will finish at the end of March 2009, so i still hope to fix it the right way.

IMO there are right and wrong ways to go about getting this sorted, you my friend have definetly gone the wrong, you destroyed all relationship with your tuner by going public before you sorted your problems, and IF the contract on the paper and the first impression of the tuner was so bad WHY THE H E L L did you give him 5000Euro and your car?
