For a home garage you can have the concrete floor cut and have it sank into the floor so it sits flush when not in use, they are cool

I have a council lockup that won't take an a6 and prob not my A4 either. The electricity was cut off in the mid 80s apparently and I use a wee generator for the essentails. So sadly I can barely jack a bloody car up. I'll love one of these. and an electricity supply so I could run a compressor at the very least.

Hoping to move soon so i'll base my house choice purely on the garage
The missus can worry about the minor things like number of rooms
