The next issue is how to demonstrate the performance of the Alpinweiss (a ride has been requested <BEST BEHAVIOUR> ) when all around are 30 and 40 zones, loads of the 60s have been reduced and reduced so I now have to travel 5 miles or so to get to some 'open road'. Why not identify say one or two 'flagship/high profile' NLA items from say the quattro and the RS2 models to use as examples when responding to the Audi fob off referencing their German 7000 part site?

This is great - just shows how the NLA thing has been needling in the backgrounf for a long time, but when Andy & Andy launched the site ans started with the official letters - just look how quickly the wave has started. We need to keep the momentum and think about ways to do that.
I for one think a signed petition by any/all Audi owners - past, present & future - can give formal support to the campaign... That will give us the anchor for a convoy to MK so as to deliver the thing in some style - and hopefully have the chance to meet the suits that we need to convince on the err of their ways... Then we can have a bigger convoy / gathering as celebration when Audi formally announces something suitably positive and important as a result of our actions.
At first I was not at all positive about getting anywhere with this, but I was convinced by the arguments that we had to give it our best shot and not just assume these suits have written us off.
