To be fair, it wasn't nitrous oxide that was added to the bike's fuel tank but one of these liquid products:

Okay, I take it back. I read on to the 3rd page and yes, he apparently dumped two bottles of the NOS energy drink into his gas tank. Now, to be fair to him, he can't read very well and those bottles DID look like NOS(tm) brand nitrous oxide cylinders so...., being America, he should do the normal thing and sue the H*LL out of the NOS corp for making those drink bottles look like that.

Remember, in America, the McDonald's coffee cups now have a warning on them that the coffee might be hot (somebody once sued them because they spilt their coffee in their lap while driving). Perhaps NOS needed to put a warning on the energy drink to NOT put it in the gas tank. It's their fault. SUE!!

sorry to burst you bubble UrS4boy but the NOS energy drink bottle clearly say "energy drink" on the front label. see pic below

Duh.

I realize that it says "Energy Drink" on the lable. What it doesn't say is "DO NOT ADD TO YOUR VEHICLE FUEL TANK". Some people need explicit instructions what to do and what not to do.
