I have just fixed the boost leak that has been annoying me for about a month and been for a blast
.
Nothing makes you appreciate the power if a working s2 more than after it has been running like a bag o spanners for a while. Plus the feeling of being pushed into the rear seat whenever you accelerate.
Anyway I just thought I would share my love and joy for a car.
The leak came from the small boost hose that connects to the throttle body, It had a massive split in it which ment I could only use half throttle or the ECU would go into limp mode. Thanks to Key Walshe for supplying me with a replacement hose
.
Anyway I have just put £70 o petrol into her so I should have fun burning that of over the next couple o days
