      New Update!!

      Whilst doing the research into producing these Badges & Keyrings (which we are about to finish the artwork latter today) we have found out that there seems to have been two different types...

      The overall size is the same. The differance is in the 4 Audi circles...

      I am doing the one that is fitted to my car as I think its the prettier and more acurate to the proper Audi logo....

      Here are some pictures to show the differance's...

      Orginal one as fitted to my 1993 S2 Coupe... & The Version I am producing!!! Less the dead flies!!!!

      Close Up Of The Older Style Logo;

      Newer Version

      Close Up Of The Newer Style Logo;

      I should have the artwork for all the versions this afternoon & I will post them up as soon as they arrive....

      We have decided to do all 3 version with proper tooling...

      Front Grille Version - In Solid Metal with 2 mounting screws.

      Rear Badge Version - In solid metal

      Keyring Version In Full Metal with proper loop and chain with key loop!

      I am waiting for the final costings..... But they "should" come in around the prices I quoted!!

            I am not planning on it, but I guess it's something you may me able to do yourself.

            The keyring will have a loop at the Audi logo end in the middle. So I guess you could attach it to a leather backing if required...

            Sorry but I don't like leather backed keyrings.... Makes them look cheap IMO & these will be a quality item!!

              As you might have read in the wanted section, you can still buy the badges from audi in sweden (why? how-come? I dont know..) but anyways.. from the pic below (my rs2/s2 badge conversion) you can see that the ones you can buy now has (of course) the newer style badge.. in my opinion YOUR re-production of the old/classic looking badge is nicer!

              I must say.. good work dude! and I'd really like to buy a key holder/ring from you!

                I have seen & read the thread but these are so expensive at about £40.00 each & I have to say that the ones I am getting done will be of a better quality & should last much longer than the OEM's....

                I will stick you on the keyring list....

                Cheers

                Ken!!

                      Leather backing for protection not style. Left bare could get very worn very quickly. Dnt think i fancy buying one every few months to keep a quality badge looking quality. Not knocking your style, just an after thought for longevity.

                        The whole badge will be "chrome plated" for a higher quality finish & longer life...

                        The leather only protects the back of the ring anyway!!!

                          Artwork

                          Just got the artwork back from my Mate...

                          The look superb!! IMO

                          Needless to say the Yellow Audi Circles will be in Chrome.

                          All versions will have a high "Chrome Plated" finish for a higher quality look & longer life... will help against stone chips - key scratches etc..
