    Worst day... Merry f-in Xmas!

Got up early this morn, after my new coolant hoses arrived! Thought I'd brave the snow n change it! Got outside to find some git had jimmied the lock with a screwdriver, fortunatley unsuccesfully as I still have the car, but unfortunatley coz now key won't work! Anyway popped bonnet undid hose clips, two were fine.. Last one needed tug, nothing stressful.. All good! Then spot the pipe coming put aux pump was loose.. Checked it... It snaps...

Jst paid £80 for hoses, £130 for two new tyres, and now gona pay nearly £90 for pump! And some Gits done my lock in... Merry f-in Xmas! Bah humbug

Look at it this way, if your pipe had failed whilst driving it could of dumped its water, overheated and bugg3rd your engine! Hope you get it sorted.

Bad luck on the little git who's knackered the door

I had an after run pump explode in my face, scaulded the whole side of my face, 3 hours in casualty later and I was looking like a sunburned holiday maker! Gota way with it rather lightly.

I got my ARP from Pete @ QC, genuine Bosch. Fitted in 5 mins, all good

          Good luck fitting the hoses.

sounds like a pretty sh*te day but at least as you say its on the drive and you will be able to sort it and drive again. Guaranteed as soon as it fires up and you have driven 100yds that smile will be on your face again

Hang in there, it does come good in the end!!!

I reckon most of us have been there with the pump at some time In the meantime you can bypass the after run pump with a short piece of copper pluming pipe

Glad the thieving wotsits didn't get your car!
