bkr7e work well for cheap plug. 10 quid a set. they are the 16vt plug of choice.
denso are a little cold for everyday. on boost the were good off boost they stumbled.
stock plug by far the best at most things. good for high and low boost.

everyday car id go for stock. standard everyday id opt for the bkr7e and see how it goes. i run them upto 1.4 bar fine. after that i changed them but in reality it was coil dwell that needed a tweak.
Ordered F5DPOR's this morning, when i took the plugs out im sure they were NGK's they were boogered anyway and she did hesitate a bit under boost, see how she goes with the new plugs but could be the coilpacks too.
