    S2 on Autotrader

Folks, I was looking through the Autotrader when i found this for sale. Not sure how to copy the link or pics but here is the advert.
Not my cup of tea but each to their own. NCTS

(LHD Audi S2 Revo, 1995 Coupe, Metalic White, Petrol, 6 speed Manual, 72000 Km, Limited Edition, Only 200 made, Together with the car is an astonishing file of works undertaken. Aside from the specialist paint and interior leather trim, there is a profusion of points that need to be taken into consideration in order to understand this car. Not only was it the National Autocross Champion in 1998, it has featured in calenders and motor shows right across the Middle East. Call for more information. £7,500. )

Was this really a special edition run of 200??? Who would buy them new? It looks like someone was trying to make the starship enterprise with that bonnet. Mad

The Revo was an SMS tuned S2 which I believe also had chassis mods although no idea what they were. I seem to remember the Revo S2 power output was over 300 ponies so I assume some sort of hybrid turbo plus remap etc.

I have a feeling that there was also a Revo RS2 or is my memory just making that one up?

As for that heap of 5h!te on ebay - I am also fairly sure that the Revo S2 had zero body kit - just an SMS badge on the rear so that is all down to the chav that now owns it :corey: - Real shame as his Revo would seem to be short for Revolting

As mentioned before on a thread, your find it parked on the north circular just after you leave the a1 section.

It must be reliable, as he apparently has no use for his warning lights, other than plonking a massive boost gauge infront of them.

In fairness, I've had more problems with the old girl holding boost than with anything else You can also still see and hear the autocheck system screaming about how shagged the brake bomb is
