never noticed that alex, funny thing is that photo looks photoshopped with regards to the wheels or some funky colour detailing to me.

Yeah never a fan of the azev's apart from stiglets one's as his has a good dish on them I nearly had them for the tdi avant s2 rep.

I love the stock rims...............but too small and brake upgrade options are about as much use as corey.

bbs lm's was my first choice but a) I think a few people are going for them b) doubt i'd clean them too many spokes.

Borbet c's look good and very old skool as mr casey would say just rare in bigger than 15's let alone five stud. There was a set of 17 inch 5 stud brand new in the specials section on wheelbase but by the time I went for them someone had beaten me to them.

Has to be something with a dish similar to the original 8x15 ronal.Compo's and other wheels do not give you the right look. Image are the best bet as they will build you a custom wheel in any size offset etc.

Personally I am not too keen on 17/18" wheels on a ur it makes them look over wheeled. I love the look of comps and had some on my old Golf Rallye the only problem with them is the weight!

I like 15's/16's with plenty of dish or offset to get them sitting flush with the arches. I dont think it gets any better than the speedline magnesium wheels from the s1's
