Whent to see a customer this morning who had just had her POLO BLUE MOTION

have a spare wheel just an electric pump ,wtf is going on ,plus "we have given your car a valet" you have never seen such a badly washed car ,half the roof wasnt done the cills and bottom of doors half done and half of each wheel done

Wow, it's amazing the absolute BS these stealers get away with, topping up the washer fluid and charging for the detergent is another special case. Especially if you make a point of bringing it in to them full to the max level already. Chancers...

Protocol on this i believe is.......to do the check box thing, drain the customers bottle of any existing fluid and replace with service item!
            Sustainable? Environmental? Good customer service?
            I think not!!

ps my local stealer is great!!!! Cheers Peter!

My Dad had his Allroad serviced at the Audi dealers, they damaged the drivers rear window seal with the pressure or the heat from the jet wash, to which they denied. Audi staff at our local think they born with silver spoons in their mouths the way they deal with customers is sometimes not what you would expect from a leading (and best) car manufacturer :corey:
