Well after a pain staking few months of on and off work I have my RR just about back on the road
Got the car started today and what great feeling to be able to rev the engine without the the back firing , all the work for 1 broken tooth on the ring gear , a lot of head scratching with regard adapting parts ....Found out that the ring gear off 7A flywheel is the same so carefully removing this and put onto the RR one , going to keep the old one as orniment
Next job I have to do is slave cylinder and master cylinder for the clutch as this is gubbed , have changed over the slave cylinder just the master cylinder tomorrow (which looks like a complete sh#t to do)....Anybody got good techniques for bleeding the system as I tried to rig up easy bleed system on to clutch res and got nothing through bleed nipple on slave cylinder which I though was wierd ?..
