Which manufacturer? Any idea how we/he can get some 215 - 230 'proper' straight skis now? He lost one when he broke his back training for the Olympics. Think it was the '68 in Japan... A fair while ago

spill the beans then....who is your dad
I used to look after a few racer's skis when i worked for a ski manufacturer as a technician. Can still smell the wax and potions we used to prep the bases with. Closed room with heavily flourinated waxes like ceraF....yum

Thanks.
This 1:10 SQ body with the stickers is also quite rare. It's made by Chevron and I bought it from Japan. Seems still to be "Sold out".

I don't use this body for driving, don't want to brake it, have a Subaru shell for that purpose. This SQ is only for indoor decoration.
Yeah, I'm testing my HTPC "non fan" build, no HC OC here. It's a old C2D E6600, Intel BTX setup. I used it fanless for some time but later I put 2 Noctuas in that drop the NB and GPU temps about 20C. The GPU temps where before almost 90C on light load... If you want to look at all pictures of the build, you can find them here: Klick! It looks like a mess, i know, but have been in everyday use for over 3 years without problems. It's a pain to change components in it though.

Dude your DIY skills are impressive

someone should make an SQ kit for the (R)S5, as that is what it would look like

Guess I'll post there then!
Always good
I'm into my bikes (have been before cars), now have an R1200GS. Really want to get back into motorcross/enduro at some point, but a certain 5-pot is screwing my wallet.
Listening to music - particularly trance, hip hop and dubbbbstepppppp.
I'm active in the local IAM group and now getting into observing.
I like travelling and eating things.
My other hobbies include compulsively reading things on the internet, talking sh*t on forms, fostering my own personality cult, drinking and cocaine.Leave a comment:
