Error 404 where do u wakeboard? Sumat I fancy, is it similar to snowboarding ?

Used to go on the cable at WakeMK but my GF's bro has a boat so we go to a lake near Shrewsbury and also to a couple of lakes in France, but not this year
If you can ride a snowboard you'll pick it up fine, bit different, all your weight on your back foot but pretty similar to riding deep powder, except a much harder landing / fall

hmm, really interesting thread

Aside from the car, my main hobbies are...

-Skiing
- Motorsport (mainly sportscars, tin tops and some rally)
- Bobsleigh, only a watcher but looking at trying it for real with the british bob team in Austria, just fantastic to watch live and they pull so much G its unreal for a gravity propelled bath tub
- Cycling, mainly road riding but some mountain biking too. been far too little of either in the last 7 months
- Trackdays, hoping to do more going forward
- Photography but only using a cheapy camera for the moment, budget wont allow anything else
- music and home audio/cinema - again budget constraining but interests me non the less
- alcohol...love trying wines and ales from different countries, regions etc
- Planes, not down to standind ticking off the registration numbers but just sitting with a coffee at heathrow now and then watching them take-off/land (something to do with not qualifying for the BA cadetship years ago )
