i was defeated by a S3 with around 280hp ,because i had a very bad bad start launch
the other A3 was the 3.2 VR6 oen with 260hp.... in this one i had luck with the start
and finally with the Ibiza 1.8T....180hp...... it was so easy and i think i did my best time and launch .
about the turbo..... the day was soooo HOT 45ºC ambient temp + 2.0bar + 3B small IC + no chance to drive and take colling the turbo after the straight..... = turbo broken...surelly the Axis,because it cant load nothing and i am burning oil
it was fun anyway¡¡ i am learning for the next time ( summer time is very bad for high boost)
the other Audi S2 in red,you can see it in the videos, has broken his K26 too..... he uninstall the DV...for faster response.....and....... burning oil too ¡¡
our cars are so heavy for drag races¡¡ my car weights 1520kg with 1/4 of fuel tank¡¡
and the 19" wheels with 385x36 brakes dont help a lot.....
ah¡¡ and very nice to drive with my new gearbox¡¡ 01A ASZ¡¡ 4000rpm in 5th gear = 140km/h not 180km/h like with ARV´s ¡¡ now my car revs like the bikes¡¡
