F###ing idiots, I had this happen to my mk4 golf not long ago except it was the windscreen and they used brakediscs that I had stashed on the drive.
Were all the 4 car parked near each other?Comment

Yeah, pub car park across the street (we all park there since it's slightly better than the street).
Looks like they just went down the line and did each one in turn.
Finally got scared off when my alarm went off and woke up the landlord.
There's CCTV in the car park, but it was very dark. Landlord got a view of the guys and their car.
I'm getting a copy of the CCTV later so I can see if there's anything to be had out of it.1993 ABY Coupe | BMW R1200 GS

The police just basically told me they have nothing to go on and are giving up.
Insurance company dicked me around for ages, didn't even answer the phone at first. Don't get new glass until Tuesday.
So far myself I've determined that the guy was in his mid to late 20s, very short hair, driving a pale blue car, something like an Astra.
I've been given a disk of the CCTV by the landlord, but my computer doesn't recognise it at all - it's sayng the disk is blank. Anyone work with CCTV and know what I need to read it? Or is it just a bad copy?
Thing that pisses me off the most is just how pointless it all was. Apparently several cars further down the road got the same. I bet they probably got one radio out of the whole lot.1993 ABY Coupe | BMW R1200 GS
