    RS2 steel wishbones

Just on with replacing old rubber bushes with poly.
I've removed all rubber and center spindles.

My question is do you leave metal outer sleeve in, and insert poly bush into this??

Yes, you need to remove the outer sleeve. Well I did on my S2 with the pressed wishbones.

    Cheers

If I remove outer sleeves, then my new poly bushes are the wrong diameter

Can anybody clarify this for me.
Need to know before I continue with job.

Have you got the right ones? The diameter of the bushes is different between cast and pressed wishbones

        Cheers

sounds like wrong size bushes alright - there are two sizes and the larger one belongs to alloy/cast 'bone IIRC. You must remove that outer metal shell from the factory bush - hence need for snug fitting drifts when using a press to get them out.
