Help 25mm/1" elbow needed

I am in listing help from the forum. I am in need of a 25mm elbow with a tight radius.

Just like this one here but UK



The only stipulation is it must be aluminum i dont mind threads etc etc i can work around them.

Must also be less than £45.00

They had a stand at Autosport and I was really impressed with how tight they could get the radius with no distortion.

Yeah i talked to those guys also they are building my Fuel filler hose from window to Tank but the radius of there 25mm is still to large :-(

What's it for? if you really get stuck maybe I could make you something from solid Or could you use straight tube and mitre it?

I think its going to be a mitring session!

Its for the water return from the block at the rear of the engine just above the bell housing needs to be tight because of the Rack arms

Put in a small transition section to go 45deg twice, rather than 90

Is that 25mm bore or OD you want ?

Andy, Mitring would be just be as much effort i am afraid.

Can it just be a 90 deg bend as in no radius ? I have to go in to work in a bit to sort a problem out for the night shift .
If there is some 25mm bore ally tube available I could have it cut and welded up wile I'm there .
