I'm always up and down the country, I don't mind as I can't get into trouble with myself that way. Plus after 38 hours I get time and a half so I'm happy.........
Just some finishing touches to do now

956 miles in less than 19 hours around the Uk to visit my car in Northampton, then deliver some suspension to Guilford and then to pick up a headlining in Scarborough or something. All in my 325i touring. A close second is Glasgow-Swansea-Glasgow to view a car, the paperwork wasn't in place, so I couldn't drive it back that day, flew down once the V5 was sorted.

According to GoogleMaps I've got a 913 mile trip ahead of me on Thursday night, Aberdeen to Le Mans here we go (after a helicopter flight from the North Sea to Stavanger and a Flight from Stavanger back to the UK first).

Rotherham to basel, switzerland and back a couple of times, 760 miles i think. 1 fuel stop in the focus, and 2 in the CQ20V, plus eurotunnel.

          about 13 hours including stops.

          good times.

Maidstne kent to Zurich Switzerland and return. Boot of the S2 coupe full of welding gas bottles and tools. Took engineer as passenger to Zurich overnight. He was sleeping en route, as he had to work all following day. He woke up on the way in Germany, glanced at speedo and nearly died of shock!!!

Come on Bo. You know it's cheating in an S8.

How about Devon to SouthWest Norway in a Lupo? ~1700 miles each way with one short ferry trip across The Channel.
Although the driving was shared by the two of us, and we had to stop for fuel twice due to the 34 litre tank. It was still a long time to spend in a small space.
Being stuck in traffic for about 4 hours on the typically 'efficient' Autobahn in >30°C heat was the killer. The extra daylight hours as we got further North helped.

That ice trip looks mental. Staying awake and concentrated in that must have been tough.

I drove from orlando to L.A in a hertz rental shelby mustang four years ago non stop. Left on friday morning and arrived on sunday eve if I remember correctly. Only stopped for food and fuel. Was wrecked after it especially after I headed back for orlando early monday morning.
Would love to do it again.

Hey, we are at a disadvantage - twice cost of fuel per mile!
