he does answer, but takes a while. I have always had feedback from him, and been to his shop once as well.

I believe he's busy and out of office for few days because this.

Anyway it does take time for him to reply but he always does at least I can say that going on previous experience... and no problem for english.

Good luck if you sent him something in english, he hates english speaking people from what I've been told.

As a friend of his I feel the like I should have a say here.

Lets not proliferate the rumor that he hates english speaking people. That is simply not true.

What is true is that Tots gets around 200 emails per day from people all over the world. The emails range from "what is the cost" and "how much to ship" to technical questions so it does take a while for him to get answer emails. I can also tell you that his SPAM filters catch a most English language emails so if possible send him an email in German.

Also keep in mind that Tots-Parts is a sole proprietorship so one guy is doing everything. He does all the purchasing, accounting, dismantling, wetsite updates, etc.

Because Tobias' english is limited he asked me if I would help him sell to Americans. Of course I agreed. Between his broken english and my rusty german we are able to communicate back and forth.

That being said, I've been placed on the "trusted" list so I don't get caught in the SPAM filter anymore, so if anyone needs something I would be more that happy to help my mates in the UK if need be. Yep I've dealt with him, my emails were replyed to very quickly.

My purchase arrived promptly and well packed.

No hesitation in using him again for hard to come by parts

x2 i have dealt with him as well. sometimes i get an email right away or i might have to wait a few days, either way its no big deal.

maybe your email is in his spam( try using another email address)

his website is now up so you can order from there if its on there

I met him at his shop last year and he is a great guy with a fantastic collection of parts. If you look at the bickering that goes on here about prices of things for sale between, dare I say, 'friends' if not, at least, 'like minded enthusiasts' then I'm not surprised that he has a very strict SPAM filter.

thanks for all the replies folks....i have tried both emails on his website but i suspect,as i used my gmail account, his spam filter might of had a field day with my emails.....

Tom - Cheers for the offer and if your ok I will pm you the parts i am after...do you think a full recaro RS2 interior might be a little too far??...
