i'd say either lower wishbone or steering track rod/arm most likely. Doubt the strut would be that bad. If its either of those bits I have some spare

More than likely, you've pushed the lower balljoint into the lower arm - this is a 'safety' feature to stop you bending the lower arm. Replace the nylocks and torque to 65Nm when all done; it's a lot but it's what the book says. Get it to a proper 4 wheel alignment place and get them to re-set the camber.

I did the same thing 18 months ago in the snow and it was easily rectified for £50 at my chosen place.

ABY springs will fit straight on or you can fit 3B springs and dampers. ABY front dampers won't fit, as they're a larger OD but rears are the same. Fit them at the same time as fitting new top mounts. Secondhand stuff will be cheap; new stuff will last longer. I'd say get a set of uprated dampers and stock springs for daily use.

As an aside, please don't write in capitals; it's seen as shouting and is a lot harder to read than normal sentence case - it may mean that you don't get as many people reading your posts and thus miss out on some vital information
