Not sure where to put this as its a project but on the side of all my other work
so that means it gets done slowly
my avant started playing up with boost issues and a coilpack decided it had had enough meaning it was time to pull it off the road for a spruce up...... then a few parts landed at mine for it and next thing i was stripping it for a full re-spray and a few choice extras.

wheels are 9.5" wide with a low et so needed a bit of extra room, got some rs4 side skirts that were not too difficult to fit but needed which i thought was weird as i thought the B5 had a longer wheelbase?

started playing with my wings next, the edges had started to go anyway but the rest of the wing was in very good condition so i chopped the edge off and chopped up a spare set of b4 wings.

next slowly tacked all the areas of the flared metal so as to not warp the metal and then again bit by bit seam welded the tacked areas.

wing back on ready to be stripped back to bare metal and lead loaded, gonna be a while before more work done though as ive got a mk1 golf re-furb, my own caddy pickup to re spray and a pitbike to put on the road for summer
