Renewal is up in may, but thought id have a look about, see if i could beat the £450 for the wife and I on our A6.

One of them came back with a premium of £7300, with £850 excess!

They did offer £30 cashback tho.

I know that if you don't ask for the "drive any car" with Adrian Flux you don't get it, it doesn't cost any more though? I'm with Brentacre, I've declared all the mods and it's £700 fully comp on the S2 which isn't bad to what Adrian Flux wanted £1200 that had jumped up £300 from the year before. Plus they said if I cut the car in half an extend it by 10feet they will not charge me any extra for it, just as long as they know and that any mod on the car I do at Brentacre.
Just some finishing touches to do now

Just to show how counter intuitive premiums are, decreasing my mileage and/or increasing my voluntary excess both increased the premium!
At least comparsion websites give you hours of fun trying to work out the mindset of insurance companies.

Whilst the premiums are hard to understand, the marketing ploys are not!
