'I rent a large farm barn from a farmer in Worcester. It's secure and all my tools are there along with various cars. It's great as it saves having motors at home making a mess etc. I recommend speaking to local farmers. They rarely use all their space and the guy i rent from likes the fact the units are used as it gives a little extra security and re-coups a little rent for him.

Yea i had a barn lined up and virtually moved in, until the landlady realised she could get more money by splitting it up and turning it into stables. This was after id spend 70 quid in floor paint. Slightly frustraiting...

I rent a unit with another 3 people making the £240pm rent £15 a week each!!!
we are quite lucky, the unit has a two post lift and is rented to us by a tuning company/coachworks so any jobs needing done is only a knock at the door away!

Ask local farmers for sure!!! a friend had been asking around for ages and it just so happens he crashed his car on a bad bend right next to a smallholding, after asking about space the owner was realy up for it, think he was a tad lonely so didnt want any rent
