is there a plug and play way to swop from a dizzy to coils

as the title says is there a cheap and easy way to do this or is there some one on here that make the plug and play wiring up or a thread that can show me thanks lads neil

Here you go, download the tables posted by Paul S2Central and do the pin swap, add a few wires and an aby/aan ecu and your away.

thanks newsh will have a look but i didnt want to swop ecu as only got one in january from simon20vq that at 280bhp that cost me £3oo

You can't run separate coilpacks from a 3B ECU unfortunately..
