    Coilover setup

Can anyone advise me of what "fast road" setup for suspension for a Coupe would consist of?
I have limited funds to sort new shocks or possibly coilovers.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

IMHO best bang for buck in terms of improving the way the car handles is poly bushes and stiffer rear anti roll bar
Following that you have a few options in terms of springs and damper inserts or coilovers, none of them very cheap!

          Thanks gents,

Budget is around 500 Quid. Having the subframes rubbed down and treated with hammerite- not wanting to replace the bushes on these as yet (fear that I will end up chasing too many problems this year)!
Will remap the standard car, once the turbo has been refurbed (next week)- so looking for a nice ride with aorund 280 bhp?
Standard 16 inch Avus rims, covering S8 upgrade brakes.
Any suggestions for replacing the shocks (including the legs) versus the coilover route?
          S.

If its not too late...Use por15 not hammerite, will do a better job, last longer and protect better. Imho...hammerite is rubbish! Do a forum search, lots of threads on subframe refurbs

don't use hamme*****. If you have gone to the trouble of removing the subframes now is the time to do the bushes
It's a lot of work to do it all over again!

I did have similar setup to Newsh but with H&R lowering springs too and found this too be too hard and also bottomed out easily so I have now gone back to stock springs but still find it a bit wallowey at times
