I remember Vassili (A80Avant here (?)) saying that there are almost no real RS2s in Greece but there were a lot of Audi 80 and S2 avant conversions, i.e. fake/ersatz RS2s. On that basis, I would want to start by making sure the documentation is good.
Starting with the VIN and build tag matching:
VIN on the firewall (better start with WAC and not WAU like the photo):
Example RS2 build tag:
And the VIN and the vehicle build date need to match the build date of the engine:
Vehicle:
Engine build dates:
You can find the ADU engine number on the exhaust side of the head, near the front of the engine, as shown here:
RS2'd 93 UrS4 5 spd sedan
94 UrS4 V8 6 spd manual avant
7 RS2's where officially imported to Greece. Some came after from Germany and many more as Audi 80 Avant Quattro converted to RS2.
As you can red in this specific advert he says that it was originally claimed by a state auction meaning that it is either of some (2-3 RS2s) that the police had (they done plenty of very hard kms (old Σ-Team)) or it was from a drug dealer/or another police issue. He also stated that it is registered as 1800ccm car.
As you can read in this specific advert he says....
Sorry mate. All Greek to me.
That said, if you say it was originally registered as an 1800 cc vehicle, then either somebody was playing silly b*ggers with the MOT and insurance people (never a good idea) OR it was converted from a 16V to RS2 spec = fake.

Looks real to me. Any, hey, ZOIG, look at the "Type P1" lower left. (Proof that you are correct(ish)) (there is still an 8C in the VIN). I will include this photo in the my build tag decoding post.
it has sunroof how can i see if it is original from factory
The sunroof code is the third from the right on the bottom row, i.e. 3FD = electric sliding/pop-up sunroof. If it is 3FA, then it is not factory:
3FA Without Roof Insert (Standard Roof)
3FB Spoiler Roof (manual sunroof)
3FC Glass Sun Roof, Removable And Tilting
3FD Electric Sliding/Pop-Up Sunroof
3FE Electric Slide/Tilt Sunroof With Sun Screen/Sunblind
