You definitely don't wanna come to Malta any time soon, imagine 2 lanes, one with a mk1 punto on the slow lane at about 40 and the other an old merc driver doing about the same.

Not to mention the fact that most of our roads are single or one and a half lanes

That happens all the time in New Zealand where people seem to think they need to be in the outside lane regardless. I had one occasion driving along an empty motorway when a car some way ahead is joining from an entry slip, but slower than me, so I pull into the middle lane to let him in. Before I get to him he moves into the middle lane for no reason so I go into the 3rd and final lane to overtake.... he then continues his maneovre my moving into the 3rd lane. I'm now pretty much up his **** so flash my lights for him to move over. This is never well recieved over there and on this occasion meant he jammed his brakes hard on. I'm driving an SUV and end up going round him, in a bit of a drift, with my terrified family in the car. My language resembled that of a northern truck driver.
