There is only one question. After a certain time of residence in the UK you have to register your car.
Probably does not apply to the renting scheme, but what about moving to the UK?

If you drive a car on foreign plates, do they go after that and check? Or if you present a foreign drivers license and foreign passport as well, then you are basically okay?

I would not mind owning your RS2, but you can not register RHD vehicles in Estonia.
There are a few crazy exceptions, but you do not fancy painting your RS2 yellow and registering it as a mail delivery van, do you?

Mmmmm - could get quite messy if you get pulled over, rather than just an (anonymous) speed camera .... the rental company has 'your' car impounded.

In Romania we don't have speed cameras at all. Only police cars have radars.
During the night the police only uses the radar cars inside cities or outside the city around well illuminated areas!
So basically when it's night you can flat out almost everywhere in the country as long as you're outside a city. A lot of fun!

During the day everybody is using mobile CB radio to talk to each other (especially with lorry drivers) and find out where the police is staying with the radar. I must buy one of those as well...

Any speed cameras on the transfagarasan? That would be amazing!
