Building the 1000hp 07K 2.5L here in Sweden for the RS2 sedan...

Will make girdle and dry sump pan too it. Also modify the chain tensioner and take away some ****.

Will fit 01E fine with small mods.

Engine build is more or less the same cost as a regular 20vt, except the motors are much cheaper and in much better shape generally. Adapter pieces aren't exactly cheap change, but they only need bought once. The cool part of the engine is that to bring a 20vt up to 07k spec flow wise and revability wise, you would be into the head atleast 2500 USD or more. So while an oil pan isn't cheap from us, the head can be left alone and still make 700whp easily. A friend of ours just trapped 147mph in the quartermile at 10.03 in a 3000 lb car on a bone stock head and a 35r on a 1.03 housing.

Yes, this is an URQ with the 01e more or less at the stock location. ANybody that has worked on the front end of an URQ/type85 is envious
