IME with 034 is the quality of parts is average at best, often badly designed so they don't fit properly and the service can only be described as ****ing ****. My 2c

I agree once you pay they are slow.

I bought a AEM water kit and they shipped it to the wrong address and then it to took 3 weeks to sort it out.

Tnen the kit was missing a nozzle and i still don't have the missing nozzle has been over 3 weeks now.

      Really annoying.

And sometimes there so called oem parts needs some serious modification.

Why is there currently no distributor in the UK? the cost of shipping relatively small components is verging on extortion...i need some CIS to pulsed injection adapters and the postage makes it very expensive...and then there are the customs fees...

I recieved a parcel with stuff from them today. At a glance there were a downpipe gasket missing, but I have to recheck. But if it is missing I don't care for the 9€ in total costs with customs for it. Too much hassle with it being shipped from USA to Finland.

Edit: Found it along with the packaging material. No problems here, my mistake.

Javad is a top guy. He has sorted me out a few times. I have had issue's but they have alway's been very helpful and sorted things out to satisfaction.

And I consider myself fairly fussy. I don't know maybe I got lucky?

No, i dont think you was lucky. 034 has few thousand buyers every year. when somebody is working, possible to make mysake. That is ok, BUT. The problem, how can they handle and resolve the problems? I think they have 95% satisfied buyers and the rest of 5% is not.

I have a lot of buyers. sometimes i send the carbons later, to different address, but if i receive email, i try to answer latest the second day and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Every one makes mistakes. But 034 don't resolve there mistakes. At least not in my case.

I bought a short shift kit from them a while back only to find out that I had to modify it before I could fit it

Asked them for instructions because apparently the one they sell is for a five speed box and needs modified to fit the six speed, they weren't very helpful in this case and its still sitting in its packet.

Anyone here bought a short shift kit from them? That they've had to modify in order to fit it?

                        Cheers

Bought the short shift kit some time ago, and fitted to both my 5 speed 016 short and current speed 01E, thankfully this was the only thing i bought from corey (former distriutor)

Yeah I fitted a short shift. 6 speed needs the reverse lockout transferred over onto it and some grinding to make it fit good. Not too bad of a job. They have the guide on their web page.
