i boughet navi from ebay germany , but i thought i lost the card code in the big cartoon , but i email the saler and he told me his fault he forget to include it and he will send me it , and today i send him mail and he said this sentence , so what he wants to say? he need 30 min to find it or what?

I think they are looking for help finding a code for something on a piece of paper. Maybe they are looking for the key code or something..
