Phil Payne.
I was very sad to read the end passage in Phils autobiography.
Always a good man to me and his knowledge and the man will be sadly missed.
Lets hope you were wrong Phil and there is a garage up there with audis to rescue

Agree, a sad loss to the world of quattro DIY.
He spent a lot of time helping us keep old Audis on the road, especially on the quattroforum. He helped me loads when I was stuck and I am constantly reffering to his website, I hope it stays open.Comment
