    Only had mine since July last year but I drive it bloody hard to make up for it. I would have to be in dire straits to get shot of it though. Easily the most rewarding car I have owned. I think because it is a toy, the novelty has never worn off. Long may that continue.

    Had my White Avant for 8 or 9 years now. Brought it back from the dead so I'd never sell it!

    The black one is up for grabs tho!

    RallyRep = 6 years
    S2 = 11 years
    Ur = 18 years

    So, we're just getting to know them now...

    I've had the coupe for almost 4 years, can't think of many cars I'd rather have, especially for within a similar budget.

    The only reason I'd ever sell is if I bought an RS2.

    It was a huge decision for me to buy mine at the time and i didn't know too much about them back then. Thankfully i haven't had a day of regret yet (i know this could change...). Mines a definately a keeper... one day i'd like to own an RS2 or RS4 but i just can't see me being able afford either.

    I've never thought to sell my avant, don't see it happening any time soon I always used to swap my cars out every year but this one has stayed with me now for 5 years. I sorned it for a month in december....Rad split, alternator died, sunroof leaking, thats what I call a sulk!! Back on the road now and I dont think I'll leave it for a month again.

    As far as I know there are only around five S2's in the country, never be letting this one go

    We have an absurd rule that won't allow an import of vehicles built post 1989 unless you have owned it in the country of origin for at least 12months

    I was but I had to pass her on to someone who would use her...

    1995 til 2012

    It's not just a matter of keepers...

    You need to be able to use them, and I just couldn't keep 4 cars running at once, so the S2 went.....

    Do I Regret It - YES until I go and put £30.00 of fuel in the MK2 and I know it would have been £90.00 in the S2 to do the same mileage...

    I want another, but an RS2 or UR but just cant afford one... As I would only end up in the same situation...
