Had 2 years ago and now fancy another.. No Internet or forums back then when I had them ... So much more accessible for stuff nowadays , wish I had my old one now ! Lol then it was state of the art !! Seems weird that they're now classics and sooo cheap !! But high miles .. Need to find myself a nice one to pamper. -
It's a shame to keep the UR in the garage. It deserves to be driven every day. Sell it to me!
I promise I will take good care of it and drive it often!

The coupe is a great car for nippers (i dont have any) but i can imagine...
1. No opening windows (unless you're lucky) or doors, for the little blighters to escape or fiddle with.
2. Good access to get them into their car seats, straight in from the front...Leave a comment:

I can't see me ever getting rid of mine. I've had her for about 6 years now i think and she owes me some serious amounts of fun given the time and hassle that's been put put into her!
She's also in need of some cosmetic surgery.Leave a comment:

My 3B is a keeper, I must have had mine nearly 12 years now. Hope it still blows my hair back if I ever get it back on the road.Leave a comment:

My first car was my 3B S2 Coupe in 2005. When I killed it, I considered replacing it with an A3 TDI but ended up buying the RS2 rep, that was 2007... spending most of it's life with me off the road, I had it running for 18 months - it was a great car for 2 new arrivals and my trusty Golf TDI took the brunt of 30k a year commuting.
In 2010 I had an opportunity to buy the first RS2 I ever experienced and was responsible for setting me on the journey of 'S2 modding'... still not sure if it was the best decision but after fixing some minor issues followed by a full engine rebuild my intentions are to keep her for the long haul.
The RS2 has survived an unexpected 3rd arrival in August, followed by an even more unexpected purchase of our first home in September! Having bought a C5 RS6 in July last year was not good on the finances... The RS2 is now SORN'd as the RS6 is the only car we have that will fit car seats for a baby, 2 & 3yr olds... plan is to keep it garaged and hopefully later this year can afford to put it back on the road. Might need to sell the RS6 first...Leave a comment:

How true... In a coupe the kids can't open the rear doors unlike a coffin carrier...
Always been my ideal family car, other then the RS6... but it went so fast the kids couldn't open the doors due to the wind speed...

Any photos, or links to photos already posted ?Mine is definitely being kept. Like most she has cost me a small fortune so far (original purchase and import costs but also the mandatory 'making good' items to date which are only half complete
) but has been totally worth it. Not only do I love the car to bits I also love the fact that she's a rare vehicle. Audi UK have confirmed her as the one and only original S2 sedan in the UK so I feel I have a duty to care for her and wouldn't let her go to anyone other than a genuine enthusiast.
Thanks.Leave a comment:

What do you mean? I keep telling my wife what a practical family car the coupe is... And the second set of little feet are on their way
Only 5 years into my ownership so far...Leave a comment:
