This happened to me last year over an Rc car
Payment cleared etc, sent item
PayPal take mOney back, no comment other than not enough funds in buyers account!
Turned out he d changed bank accounts and no money in
Got the money about month later but annoying and he wasn't keen to repay
PayPal is a double *** r*pe to be honest, pay them and the chance get ripped off too

All - been onto paypal today and what the buyer may not have thought was that he also had his bank account linked to paypal.
