Haha this is a very relevant thread to me also the S2 I bought has a RS2 exhaust and also decat, possibly running rich. Inside the exhaust tips is BLACK!!!

Im thinking about a custom stainless 3" throughout possibly by Powerflow, I take it I will be needing to source some cats also then? also do I need to find custom downpipes???

Ask Rusty about downpies, I believe that Prospeed made a jig off his car so they can reproduce 3" downpipes.

My DP was from Prospeed but Rustynut is getting his done at Infinity, so will be interesting to see how that looks . Exhaust systems are all custom, so would need to be done on the car.

Did you only take the cats out from the boxes ? Or you cut the exhaust pipe before and after the cats boxes and then welded a new pipe between?
Taking the cats out of the boxes and leaving the boxes on the car seriously affects the power of the car, negative way.
