So had me bus back from garage after epic fails
Advisory over non standard wheels n tyres fitted
Is this a new feature?
Not had with any other cars
Does this mean my quattro will be questioned for non standard parts?
A MOT Advisory is just an observation at the discretion of the tester.
For example my girlfriend's mum's standard/unmodified Honda went for its first MOT at Honda and got and advisory that sill covers were fitted and so the sills could not be inspected.
I have had and advisory for something one year, but not the next. I just look at them and use common sense to see if there is anything relevant.
I've taken many cars with non standard parts and never been any advice, so wondered if this was a new rule, but yes, pinch of salt with all MOT stuff
My coupe I just broke had advisory for faded rear plate when I bought it, same plate this year bought nothin at test
I need to open an MOT garage me thinks
Lol
Nope, but then again wasn't the quattro
Last time that had a test I has argument with tester cos he said I'd taken abs off it when it didn't have any to start with
