He's finally replied and said he had a problem with the bumper (sold it to someone else I think that means) but he's gonna refund me. Did want the bumper but Im not that bothered as long as I get my money back!

I'd send him a link to this thread and explain to him that his Ebay dealings are being scrutinized by a large audience...he has rather a lot of items still for sale, therefore it may be detrimental to his target audience VW/Audi and he basically needs to get his **** together and resolve the matter.

That's exactly what I was going to do if I didn't get a reply in the next few days! Either that or use a mates account to buy something small and get his address and pay him a visit lol that still might be an option if I dont receive a refund!

No, you should have left him at the very least neutral after you got your money back.
Someone knowingly sends me a piece of crap, and I am not leaving them positive feedback.

Obviously mistakes happen every now and then, but when you order something and get (figuratively speaking) a turd in a box, then it's a bit of a different story, no?

And clearly, since you think he is a c*nt, you are not happy with the service rendered of that person, so maybe a good idea to let fellow buyers know. There's no harm that's going to come to you by doing that.

He asked for my bank details to refund me and said he would get on it, that was yesterday morning. I've just messaged him saying the delay in refunding is not acceptable seeing as he should have the cash in there and he has my details. So Im giving him 24hrs before taking it further.

Slighty annoyed that I didnt get the bumper, but not receiving a refund is a different ball game!

Will let ya know the outcome.
