    Part number request or gaskets

    Hi Guys

Got a standard turbo to fit onto my S2 as my current one is a bit smokey. Does anyone have either the part numbers for both the gaskets I would need or do they actually have decent or useable gaskets they would part with?

The ones I mean are the gaskets that go where you bolt the turbo on. Not actually the internals of the turbo...

    Its for an ABY engine.

    Cheers
    Chris

              Dave for Pope !

Nice link, as usual, gives me the nut and bolts sizes to get them in stainless steel.

Ironically just took my 3" inch down pipe and 3" inch exhaust, re-installed RS2 downpipe and S2 exhaust, still with chip k24, car is beautifully quiet again and no slower. Fit is perfect, never should have left it, IMHO.

Went from above to Milltek with RS2 down pipe, and then 3" down pipe and exhaust, all non oem bits were a bad fit and too loud. And now back full circle, and significant funds expended.

IMHO, exhaust mods for ABY / AAN should go no further than Wagner RS2 Exhaust manifold, RS2 down pipe, Ulimot cat by pass pipes and standard good condition exhaust system, if staying below 440 / 500bhp, and wanting easy fit on your driveway, and guaranteed to work with no knock on complications.

              Sorry for partial off topic.

Quick question, from looking at the part diagrams in the link provided above, is there supposed to be a gasket between the wastegate and the manifold? If so whats the PN?

                        Good idea that man!

Im changing the turbo over on my ABY, So from what I can tell I need the following:

2x Gaskets on flexi pipe part of exhaust - 857 253 115 (Rusty is getting these made?)
                        1x Turbo > down pipe gasket - 447 253 115
                        1x Engine side gasket - 0351 295 89D

                        Is the above correct?

With regards to the oil and water line gaskets and sealing rings does anyone have the part numbers I will need and the quantity of each that I will need?

                        Thanks in advance

If the EM-turbo-DP gaskets have revently been replaced, then theymay be in good condition, otherwise, yes, get them.

Also worth getting 4 new nuts to hold the turbo on and 4 new studs and nuts for the turbo - DP.

Yeh, I didnt replace the gaskets when I did previous work, I just used the bits I had. I did however change the studs and nuts as the old ones werent that good lol.

How long until the gaskets from you are ready bud?

When is uncle Dave coming along with the other answers for PN's???
We all know he is our part number god!
