We like them word,s Big Turbo. . First things first is to be happy that the engine is 100% a ok for the power your looking for.

I think we like torque.Big turbo we need to get there with theese engines.Others get there with smaller and multiple turbo's with boost starting earlyer than 5500 rpm)

Compound is good - supercharging alone, has it's advantages...take a supercharged S2around the roads of the Lake District or Wales and you would in all probability struggle to keep up with a supercharged equivalent - faster throttle response...see you later!

my i5 runs a turbo, thr nswer is in that statement.

sc i5 wont beat turbo i5. lag has lited life i you change gear.

I will hopefully finalise my supercharger project in 2014...I hope to take the car up to the Cadwell Park circuit and give it a run around the cambers and inclines, maybe you could bring your vehicle and we could compare how a supercharger compares to turbocharger? - on a road/track that tests a vehicle under ''complex' and 'variable' circumstances.

getting the charger to breath up top is always the hard work.

im not saying its **** mate. just not for me on a 20v ive btdt. albeit with G60. gave great response. some charger however don't. procharger for instance doen;'t on small cc engines.

I think a track day may be in order though next year. id like to see the work done. how loud is it.

I'll start a seperate thread on this and upload some video clips - It's an Eaton M45 and they are not particularly quiet.
