If I was you and trust me I was in your shoes last year get your back side round there with a trailer and a van and get back what is yours take your log book and recites for what you bought and the garages quote for the work that they have not done ect ect .

Open the garage up buy and means you seam suitable and take your belongings back .
As in no dout there will be others that will want to recope there own belongings to and might take a shine to your swb and want to make £ for the hassle along the way .

Just looking for something and came across my old thread and thought it only right to conclude the matter. To cut a long story short, my car was moved to someones property without my knowledge, then to another garage. It was finally recovered in August last year and took back to the original garage which is now under new ownership by the name of The Prestige Bodyshop.

I took delivery of it in late January and it is now at Custom Pipes having a 3" downpipe and system made.

Last of all I used the small claims court to successfully claim my money back.
