Thanks folks. I made a pre-emptive strike on New Years resolutions to get back into things here again. At least once a week or something.Paul Nugent

To all those with outstanding PMs - and there is quite a list - I shall try to get back to all of you over the next week or two. Apologies for the silly long delays but I am going to make a real effort to be much more active on the forum. I have genuinely missed the people, their wide range of skills, dedication and respect for each other.
Having had to visit some other Audi forums recently it really struck me how unique the S2 Forum is in avoiding all the usual bichiness and nonsense that goes on elsewhere. The reason for that is down to its members and moderators.Paul Nugent

Never put much thought into it but your right with not having any crap on this forum!

It is absolutely true. I have been on other forums recently to help find my way around the "new" daily driver - a 10yr old S4 Avant which is a lovely wagon but I always seem to end up on US centric forums where the overall attitude is altogether different to this place. I know we have a dagdag area here - maybe we need a V8 area too lol and I won't have to look elsewhere forever. That is one seriously tight engine bay - makes the S2 bay look spacious. But I digress!Paul Nugent
